Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a 4-month temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and ADP, and be comfortable managing day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and cleanup AP invoices through QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable and bank reconciliations
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in [insert relevant industry, if applicable]
Associates degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
Pay: $25 - $28 per hr.
